1. The offer will be valid only for all Sampath Mastercard and Visa Credit Cardholders.(Excluding corporate cards).

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard or Visa Credit Cards.

3. All bookings to be made only by way of calling the central reservations.

4. Entire villa must be booked.

5. 100% of the villa rate will be debited to the Cardholder at the time of reservation.

6. Offer is non-refundable & not valid for existing reservations.

7. Cardholder must be present at the duration of booked stay period for the offer to be valid.

8. Reservations will be confirmed subject to availability.

9. Discount will not be applicable on upgrades, extras and supplements.

10. The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.

11. The offer will not be applicable on pre-confirmed bookings made prior to the promotional dates.

12. The offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

13. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Villas and any claim by the Cardholder against the Villas will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
