4. Reservations must be made exclusively through the designated contact numbers provided.

8. The Cardholder should be present at the hotel throughout the stay.

9. Cardholder shall present the Sampath Bank credit card used for booking and a valid NIC/Passport (Sri Lankan) upon check-in for verification.

11. Meals shall be served either à la carte or buffet style based on hotel occupancy, at the discretion of hotel management.

12. No name changes will be permitted once payment is made.

13. The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.

14. The standard children's policy / cancellation policy shall be applicable to this Offer, in accordance with the standard policy of the hotel.

15. Offer shall not apply to additional food and beverages, other services, including the SPA and recreational consumed at the property.

16. 100% of payment on non-refundable basis is required at point of booking to confirm the reservation
