Terms and conditions

1. This promotion is valid exclusively for Commercial Bank Credit Cardholders who newly register for the Automatic Bill Settlement (ABS) facility during the period of 15th October 2026 to 31st October 2026 (inclusive of both dates).
2. A 50% Cashback is offered on the first bill payment processed through the ABS facility, subject to a maximum of Rs. 4,000/-.
3. Eligible billers under this promotion.
   -Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB)
   -Dialog (Mobile Postpaid, Fixed Lines, Dialog TV, Broadband)
   -Lanka Electricity Company (LECO)
   -National Water Supply & Drainage Board (NWSDB)
   -Sri Lanka Telecom Mobitel (SLT Mobitel) – Fixed
   -Sri Lanka Telecom Mobitel (SLT Mobitel) – Mobile
4. Cashback will be credited to the registered Commercial Bank Credit Card after the first bill payment is made on a monthly basis.
5. The biller that received the cashback must remain registered under the ABS facility for at least one year. Otherwise, the cashback will be reversed.
6. Cashback applies only to the above-mentioned eligible utility bill payment categories.
7. This promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing offers, discounts, or cashback promotions under Commercial Bank Credit Cards.
8. The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion or change its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. In the event of any dispute relating to payments, the decision of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC shall be final and binding.
